Vickie Foerstel

For the past 2.5 years, Vickie Foerstel has been the voice behind the Service Wizards experience—serving as our Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher. She’s ServiceTitan certified and plays a vital role in scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and providing seamless support to both customers and management.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Vickie takes pride in being part of the Tulsa community and loves being the first point of calm when a customer is dealing with the stress of a broken HVAC system. For her, it’s deeply rewarding to be the one who helps restore comfort and peace to a home.

What she loves most about Service Wizards is the culture—one that values people, connection, and doing the right thing. Vickie’s passion for customer service, her natural talent for problem-solving, and her dedication to helping others make her a cornerstone of the team.
