As the owner of Service Wizards, Mitch leads the company with a clear vision: deliver exceptional service, operate with integrity, and continuously raise the bar for what HVAC care should look like. He has direct responsibility for managing all areas of the business—from operations and strategy to customer experience and team development.

Before launching Service Wizards under the Thermal Specialties umbrella, Mitch served as Global Vice President of Operations at FW Murphy, a Tulsa-based instrumentation and controls company with international reach. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration—both from Oklahoma State University.

Mitch brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to the table. Under his guidance, Service Wizards continues to grow while staying true to its core values of Quality, Integrity, Convenience, Innovation, and Fun.

Kent Charles

VP Development

Kent is responsible for business development activities within the organization. Kent is also the senior operations manager for all operations throughout the organization. He previously served as director of manufacturing for FW Murphy, a Tulsa-based instrumentation, and controls company. Prior to that, Kent worked in Reynosa, Mexico as a supply chain manager for Nokia Corporation. Kent holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Wes Adams

General Manager

With over 35 years in the HVAC industry, Wes Adams brings deep knowledge, a passion for customer service, and a lifetime of hands-on experience to the Service Wizards team. As Service Manager, Wes oversees both the Service and Add-On Replacement departments, ensuring every technician is supported and every customer receives top-tier care.

Wes holds an Unlimited Mechanical Contractor License and spent 13 years teaching HVAC and Electrical classes at OSUIT, where he helped shape the next generation of technicians. Originally joining Service Wizards thanks to his wife’s encouragement, Wes quickly found his place—solving problems, mentoring others, and doing what he loves most: serving people.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Wes appreciates the challenge of working in a state with all four seasons. When he’s not managing jobs or troubleshooting tough repairs, you’ll find him outdoors—ranching, hunting, fishing, or enjoying the land he calls home.

Vickie Foerstel

CSR & Dispatcher

Vickie Foerstel has been a vital part of the Service Wizards team—beginning as our Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher and now serving as our Office Coordinator. With her ServiceTitan certification and deep understanding of our day-to-day operations, Vickie helps keep everything running smoothly by connecting our technicians, management, and customers to ensure every step of the process is seamless.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Vickie takes pride in serving the Tulsa community. Whether she's coordinating schedules, supporting the team behind the scenes, or helping customers navigate the stress of a broken HVAC system, she's committed to making every experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

What Vickie loves most about Service Wizards is the culture—one that values people, connection, and doing the right thing. Her exceptional organizational skills, natural problem-solving ability, and genuine passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of the team.

When she's not at work, Vickie enjoys refurbishing old furniture, spending time with family, and giving back through community volunteer work.

Anna Stinson

Social Media Coordinator

For the past 2 years, Anna Stinson has been the creative mind behind the voice, visuals, and strategy of Service Wizards’ online presence. As Social Media Coordinator for multiple brands under the Thermal Specialties umbrella, Anna manages everything from content creation and ad strategy to graphics, billboards, and brand messaging.

Anna holds a BFA from Missouri State University and is META certified as both a Digital Marketing Associate and a Social Media Marketing Professional. She brings a unique combination of artistic vision and data-driven decision-making to her role—ensuring that every post, campaign, and visual asset not only looks great but moves the needle.

Whether she’s launching a seasonal campaign, developing video strategy, or refining messaging across platforms, Anna plays a vital role in driving Service Wizards’ marketing goals forward with consistency, creativity, and impact.

Shawn Longan

HVAC Service Technician - Journeyman

With over 21 years in the HVAC industry, Shawn brings a wealth of experience to every home he visits—including time as a service technician, business owner, and HVAC instructor. He holds a Mechanical Contractor license, EPA 608 certification, numerous ESCO Institute certifications, and a Bachelor's in Career and Technical Education.

What sets Shawn apart is his commitment to customer service. His approach is simple but powerful: listen first. He takes time to understand your concerns, clearly explain the problem and your options, and carry out the solution you feel best about—with skill, honesty, and care.

Outside of work, Shawn is a proud husband, father of six, and “Pops” to six granddaughters. He’s deeply rooted in his faith and community, and loves spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Shawn strives every day to be the best Christian, husband, dad, grandfather, and technician he can be—and it shows in every service call he completes.
